Dragons Den MMA offers training in Kajukenbo, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Eskrima, Aikido, and other combat sports. The program also includes traditional martial arts classes, fitness classes, professional fighter training, Lady Dragons, and Fusion Fitness.

Dragons Den MMA is led by Professor Jeff Macalolooy, founder of the Dragons Den, along with Sifu Glen Rabang, Sibak Jason Tamse, and Sifu Joseph Bautista, Jr. Professor Jeff Macalolooy founded the Dragons Den in his parents’ garage during his last year at CSU Hayward in March 1997, and he began his personal journey as a martial artist in 1980. The program offers multiple martial arts and fitness options for children, teens, women, and men, with classes ranging from traditional martial arts to combat sports to fitness classes. Dragons Den MMA describes its members as part of a Martial Arts Ohana (family) and states that its approach to the modern martial artist is complemented with the values of traditional martial arts, fostering the evolution of training without sacrificing the respect, virtues, and roots of true martial art traditions. The program features a video of the week and a YouTube channel for techniques, and it uses the motto “Families that train together, stay together.” Dragons Den MMA also highlights “Lokahi” as the value of teamwork, collaboration and cooperation, harmony and unity, and notes that people who work together can achieve more.
