Mare Island Art Glass offers art glass classes with entry-level glass blowing experiences. Class options include Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Jelly Fish Class, Children’s Class, and Coin Drop. Detailed instructions, tools, materials, safety goggles, and gloves are provided, and classes are usually held Saturdays and Sundays.

- Art Glass Classes — Children are welcome. Children 6-11 may make the holiday ball or molded heart class if parents are present. Children 12 and above have access to all three tiers of classes and in some cases, the jellyfish class as well. · Classes are usually held Saturdays and Sundays · $60–$595 · Entry-level glass blowing experiences with detailed instructions, tools, and materials provided. - Birthday Parties — All ages · Birthday parties at the hot shop with guided glassblowing experience, choice of project, all materials and safety gear, and finished piece ready for pickup or shipping.

The program states, “We are passionate about helping others learn the craft of glass blowing.” Private group classes are available midweek by appointment for corporate, team building, birthday parties, and special events. Birthday parties include a guided glassblowing experience, a choice of project, all materials and safety gear, and a finished piece ready for pickup or shipping.
No experience necessary. Pay $25 deposit to book; remaining balance due in person on the day of class. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are fully refundable. Children 12 and above have access to all three tiers of classes and in some cases the jellyfish class. Only entry-level classes are offered.
