Cunningham Aquatic Complex Youth Programs include activities such as Group Swim Lessons, Private Swim Lessons, Aquatic Splash Break Camps, and Splash and Hunt. The programs take place in a facility that includes an Olympic-size swimming pool. Additional offerings at the same complex include Floating Sound Journey, American Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Course, Water Exercise for Adults, and American Red Cross Lifeguard Training.

• Schedule: GVRD holds board meetings at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.

The Cunningham Aquatic Complex Youth Programs are part of the Greater Vallejo Recreation District, which was established on July 14, 1944. GVRD promotes wellness and healthy lifestyles by providing safe parks and recreation programs for residents. GVRD offers programs that benefit over 120,000 Vallejo residents of all ages each year and manages 407 acres of public park space, including an Olympic-size swimming pool. The Greater Vallejo Park, Recreation, & Open Space Foundation, incorporated in 1994, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports this work. Roslynn Brown serves as Recreation Coordinator for these programs.
