About
Jay Nolan Camp offers activities such as archery, nature walks, talent shows, campfires, swimming, outdoor theatre, wilderness safety, themed meals, hiking, and arts & crafts. The camp is an inclusive program designed for kids of all abilities, with a focus on inclusivity and neurodiversity. Over 1,600 campers have experienced the summer camp, and there is also a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program for campers ages 14–15 that builds leadership skills, confidence, and responsibility.

The mission of Jay Nolan Recreational Services is to make all social recreational services accessible to everyone, fostering inclusivity and community engagement through diverse and enriching activities. The organization is dedicated to ensuring that individuals of all abilities have the opportunity to participate, thrive, and enjoy recreational experiences that promote well-being and social connection. Counselors are trained in inclusion, safety, and youth development, with CPR and first-aid certification, and registered nurses are on site throughout camp to support health needs and respond quickly if care is needed. Jay Nolan Summer Camp is officially accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA), which means the camp meets or exceeds over 250 nationally recognized standards for health, safety, and program quality. Camp programs follow official guidelines and best practices to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment. Early registration discounts and discounts to returning campers are available, eligible campers may have costs covered through the Regional Center (Service Code: H17789), and financial assistance (scholarships) is available to help children attend camp.
