Kids Jiu-Jitsu introduces children to Jiu-Jitsu with fun, skill-based training. Some Kids Jiu-Jitsu classes also include kickboxing and Muay Thai to give kids a well-rounded martial arts experience. The program uses the no-gi Jiu-Jitsu system developed by Eddie Bravo.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
The Kids Jiu-Jitsu program builds confidence, discipline, and coordination through fun, skill-based training. Some classes also include kickboxing and Muay Thai to give kids a well-rounded martial arts experience. Expert-led intro classes and a free trial class are available.
The program takes place at 10th Planet Van Nuys, which is described as SUPER CLEAN and as having the culture of a family clubhouse.
