Paramount Elite Gymnastics

Paramount Elite Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics with work on the bars, beam, floor, and vault. It also offers Team Gymnastics, Sports Agility, Open Gym, Camps, KinderGym for ages 3-5, Beginners for ages 6-18 or skill appropriate, Intermediate, the Xcel Program, and the Developmental Program.

Programs

• Recreational Gymnastics — Class time is dedicated to developing fundamental skills on the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Build athleticsm, body awareness, and core strength while having a lot of fun!
• Team Gymnastics — Become a part of our Award Winning team lead by our World Class coaching staff. Our athletes have gone on to compete at the International and Collegiate level.
• Sports Agility — Increase your vertical, broad jump, throwing distance, running speed, and calisthenics. Learn the athletic foundations for Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, and many more sports.
• Open Gym — Open Gym offers athletes the freedom to practice skills, explore new techniques, and enjoy unstructured time in a safe, supervised environment. Perfect for athletes of all levels.
• Camps
• KinderGym — Ages 3yrs-5yrs · Introduces young children to movement, balance, and coordination through fun, structured play. Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a safe, encouraging environment.
• Beginners — Ages 6yrs-18yrs (or skill appropriate) · Designed to provide an engaging workout and a formal introduction into gymnastics skills. Gymnasts learn floor, beam, bars, and vault plus conditioning and stretching.
• Intermediate — Must complete Beginners course or test out. Designed for athletes ready to build on foundational skills with greater strength, precision, and control.
• Xcel Program — A flexible competitive gymnastics track that allows athletes to train and compete while tailoring routines and skill choices to their strengths, pace, and schedule.
• Developmental Program — An advanced competitive track where athletes train higher-level skills and perform individualized routines based on their strengths across vault, bars, beam, and floor.
