Little Seed Child Development Center offers Chinese lessons, Bible lessons, Christian education, social emotional learning, character building, and an academic program that uses playful games and discovery projects. Children take part in outdoor play on versatile playgrounds with mini-golf, play houses, a bike track, slides, a climbing dome, sand play, and water play, as well as an outdoor classroom with explorations and learning through outdoor environments and in nature. The program also includes field trips visiting local parks, children’s museums, a crayon-making factory, and animal farms.

Home childcare service for Little Seed Child Development Center started in August 2018. The program includes a bilingual program in Chinese and English and is described as a faith-based, Christian-based program. Tuition includes breakfast, an in-house freshly made lunch meal, and afternoon snacks, as well as English curriculum materials, Chinese lessons, and Bible lessons, and potty training is available for additional fees. An integrated curriculum system weaves 35 research-based skills into playful games and discovery projects in a cross-disciplinary model that supports social-emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development. Parents receive daily updates of their child through a school app, and they can message teachers and pay tuition through the app. The school celebrates holidays including Harvest Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Chinese New Year, and hosts 1–2 field trips per year for children ages 3–4 years old. A non-profit organization called “Jesus Loves Children Missions Group” was established to continue childcare service. The mission of Little Seed Child Development Center is to build a Christ-centered school grounded in biblical truth and love, and it strives for all students to grow as leaders with the ability to understand truth from false as a good influence on the community.
The leadership and staff team includes Mr. Jason (Co-Founder & CFO), Ms. Lydia (Co-Founder & CEO), Ms. Serena (Center Director), Ms. Esther (Assistant Director), and Ms. Max (Admin Assistant). Classroom and program staff include toddler lead teachers and teachers Ms. Yaneth, Ms. Joann, Ms. Crystal, Ms. Anita, Ms. Melody, Ms. Tina, and Ms. Vivian; preschool lead teachers and teachers Ms. Brianna, Ms. Phoebe, Ms. ShaSha, Ms. Teresa, and Ms. Joanna; Ms. Sunny as TK Teacher; Ms. Cindy as Music Teacher; and Ms. Christina and Ms. Sarah as Teachers. Kitchen staff include Mr. David as Kitchen Chef and Ms. Susanne as Kitchen Staff. School tours are available to book online, and both Walnut and Diamond Bar locations are available to tour.
