CrossFit Kids offers CrossFit Kids classes that include games, movement, and teamwork. The program takes place within a like-minded fitness community and is described as an energizing fitness program created for kids. Every class is scalable to account for a wide range of ages, sizes, and maturity levels in each group.
• Ages: 6–12 years old
• Schedule: Class options available during open hours Monday–Friday in the early morning, late morning, and afternoon/evening, and on Saturday mornings
• Price: Get the first class for free
The CrossFit Kids program is part of a gym that offers a Members Only App, individualized fitness programming, easy class scheduling, nutrition programming, personal training, and a purified water dispenser, with filtered water available and other snacks and drinks for purchase.
