Pajaro Valley Youth Soccer Club offers grassroots soccer programs, introductory soccer, and competitive youth soccer tryouts. Players take part in competitive play and can move into high-level competitive soccer with advanced levels of training, competition, and development. Teams from the club participate in NorCal Premier leagues, the NorCal National Premier League (NPL), and USYS CalNorth leagues.
Players work with licensed and experienced coaches. The club follows a unified, development-focused coaching curriculum with a focus on developing the whole player technically, tactically, physically, and mentally. Its mission states that it emphasizes character, confidence, and sportsmanship as much as soccer skills, and that it uses quality coaching and a structured pathway to prepare players for success in competitive play and beyond. Pajaro Valley Youth Soccer Club is a premier youth soccer organization with a volunteer-based, community-centered structure, supported by volunteer coaches, parents, and administrators. It is described as community-driven, rooted in community values, and welcoming to players of all ages and abilities, and it was accepted as a NorCal NPL Club in 2025.
