About
The Dance Program at Westminster Arts Academy includes classes in Ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz, TikTok/Kpop, and Ballet Folklorico. The program takes place within a larger music, dance, and art education center that offers both private and group lessons for students ages 18 months through adult.
• Ages: 3–18 years old
• Schedule: Class options available Monday–Friday from 9:00 am–8:30 pm and Saturday–Sunday from 8:30 am–5:00 pm
Westminster Arts Academy is a Learn The Arts!® location that has been serving students since 1991 and offers more than 10 music, dance, and art programs. The program uses coaching-based techniques rather than traditional instruction and is described as a coaching-centered arts education experience. Students learn from experienced coaches who provide supportive guidance as they grow creatively and confidently. The academy uses the Learn The Arts!® 9-Part System and the Musical Ladder System® awards program. It has been recognized as National Music School of the Year in 2019 and has been featured in the Los Angeles Times. Through showcases and community events, students share their growth with family, friends, and the wider community.
