Elite Martial Arts Karate Dojo – Kids Karate Classes

Elite Martial Arts Karate Dojo – Kids Karate Classes offers kids karate classes that include Shinkyokushin karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. The dojo also offers karate classes for adults. Classes focus on developing self-confidence and connecting the mind and body, and they aim to teach self-defense, patience, teamwork, balance, and increased focus that can help kids do better in school.

• Schedule: Kids karate classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:45PM to 4:45PM

Shihan Ventsislav Sholin is the founder of Elite Martial Arts Karate Dojo, is a former Balkan and Bulgarian National Champion, has spent over 25 years practicing karate, and has reached the rank of 5th Dan Black Belt. The Elite Martial Arts Karate Dojo is a member of the World Karate Organization (WKO) and adheres to its standards of quality, discipline, and respect. In its karate classes for kids, the program states that it strives to maintain a very positive and non-competitive environment and recognizes self-confidence as very important at a young age. Shinkyokushin karate’s main goal at this dojo is described as the education of young people through hard work, dedication, and respect. The dojo offers fun and healthy karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes that will get kids and teens in better shape, increase self-esteem, and help them learn how to set and achieve goals. Elite Martial Arts Karate Dojo is described as the first one of its kind in Los Angeles. The dojo has partnered with YMAF (Young Martial Artist Foundation), which provides martial arts classes for children 5–18 who meet family income guidelines or have special needs.
