Ten Tigers Martial Arts offers classes in martial arts that include Taekwondo, grappling, stand up striking, self-defense, gymnastics, Brazilian jujitsu, judo, and boxing. The kids martial arts program includes specific groups called Ninja, Samurai, Shoguns, and Young Adults, and students learn both striking and grappling base skills for self-defense.

Ten Tigers Martial Arts offers a one free trial class, and trial classes are no obligation and free of charge. The kids martial arts program is described as designed for children ages 4 and up. The program includes four groups: Ninja (ages 4 to 5.5), Samurai (ages 5 to 7), Shoguns (ages 8 to 11), and Young Adults (ages 12 to 17). Students are stated to learn life skills such as confidence, commitment, and self-assertiveness. The program uses the mission statement, “Every child deserve a teacher who believes in them.”

Ten Tigers Martial Arts states that it has been teaching kids martial arts for over 20 years and notes over 30 years of experience. Sensei Lincoln is the martial arts instructor and has been teaching in the martial arts for over 20 years. He studied martial arts under 5x World N.A.S.K.A Champion Pedro Xaiver and gymnastics with Cirque du Soleil artist Vasyl Orhiloko. Lincoln holds a B.A. in Exercise Science, interned with Paul Chek for the Corrective High Performance Exercise Kinesiology program, and interned with Mike Boyle at Boston University with Division 1 athletes. He holds a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo with experience in grappling, judo, and boxing, and he received his Black Belt from Boston Taekwondo Academy. He is currently training in Brazilian jujitsu with Gracie Barra Romulo Barral and is a Brown Belt. He has over 30 1st Place National Champion competition awards, including events such as Ocean State Grand Nationals, Diamond Nationals, U.S. Open, John Rhee Nationals, Boston Summer Open, New England Open, Battle of Boston, New York Nationals, and U.S. Capitol Classics. He has been nicknamed “the kid whisperer” for his ability to work with children of all ages and personalities and to bring out the best in each child. In addition, Sensei Lincoln has attended seminars on teaching methods, personal development, and psychology.
