Yuba City Kuk Sool Won

Yuba City Kuk Sool Won offers family oriented martial arts based on Korean traditions. Students take part in hand striking, leg techniques, throwing and grappling, joint-locking techniques, falling techniques and acrobatics, body conditioning, animal-style techniques, traditional Korean weapons, and meditation and breathing techniques. Training also includes martial art healing methods beginning at Instructor Level and covers the systematic study of traditional Korean fighting arts as an extremely well-organized system that covers the entire spectrum of traditional Asian fighting arts, body conditioning, mental development, and traditional weapons training, including the study of healing techniques, the development of internal power, and physical conditioning, with mental and physical well-being described as being of primary importance in Kuk Sool Won.
