Yuba City Kuk Sool Won offers training in a wide range of Korean martial arts, including hand striking, leg techniques, throwing and grappling, joint-locking techniques, and falling techniques and acrobatics. Students also practice body conditioning, animal-style techniques, traditional Korean weapons, and meditation and breathing techniques. The program includes martial art healing methods beginning at the Instructor Level.
