Denver Juniors Volleyball Club focuses on volleyball training led by coaches who follow a shared coaching philosophy. Coaches use motivational techniques, real-game drills, and developmentally appropriate coaching, and they coach to each player’s daughter based on that philosophy. The program operates as one club with one philosophy across its coaching staff.
The club’s stated mission is: “One club, one philosophy: We believe that every player is in a different place in their growth as an athlete: mentally, physically, and certainly emotionally. Thus, each player needs something different to become their best! Having skilled coaches who have been trained in the same philosophy make for strong players and a strong club. Our coaches know motivational techniques, real-game drills, developmentally appropriate coaching and will coach to your daughter.” The club owner is Anil, also referred to as Denver Junior's Owner and Director, Anil Dervisevic, and the club director is Alan.
