F.C. Brighton offers a recreational program for U5–U8 players, an Academy program for U9 and U10 players, and a Competitive program for U11–U19 players. The recreational program provides a fun, non-competitive environment for players to learn the fundamentals of the game, while the Academy program helps players transition from recreational play to competitive play and includes teams that travel throughout the Denver-metro area as part of Colorado Soccer's Front Range League. The Competitive program gives players an opportunity to enhance and refine their technical and tactical skills while supporting players' passion for the game, and includes assessments for Academy players and tryouts for Competitive players to determine player and team placement.

F.C. Brighton is a non-profit community focused organization and an affiliate of Colorado Soccer Association and United States Soccer Federation.
