Avid4 Adventure Camps offers a mix of outdoor and creative activities, including hiking, kayaking, canoeing, biking, mountain biking, paddling, rock climbing, yoga, art, and music. Each day combines adventure sports with activities such as yoga, art, or music, following a sample schedule that includes kayaking and yoga on Monday, art and biking on Tuesday, biking and yoga on Wednesday, music and canoeing on Thursday, and hiking and art on Friday.

The Explorer camps are for 5- and 6-year-olds entering Kindergarten or 1st Grade, with a camper-to-staff ratio of 5:1. Parents and campers meet staff at a consistent location daily, and Avid4 Adventure transports campers to recreation areas for the specific adventure sport.
