Sterling's Team Speed Youth Training offers strength training, conditioning, injury prevention, and speed training, along with soccer, football, lacrosse, and track and field training. The program also operates alongside boot camps, adult classes, personal training, and small group training.

The program is part of Sterling's Team Speed and Team Speed, which are described as South Denver Metro Area Leaders in Sports Performance Training. Holiday schedule details state that on Monday, December 23, the facility is open all day with a regular class schedule; it is closed on Tuesday, December 24 for Christmas Eve and Wednesday, December 25 for Christmas Day; and it returns to regular hours and class schedule on Thursday, December 26.
