Aerial Dance Camps

Aerial Dance Camps introduces kids to aerial silks, trapeze, hoop, and hammock through youth circus camps offered at different times of the year. The program includes youth circus summer camps, Spring break camps, Summer Camps, Thanksgiving break camps, Winter break camps, and school “day off” camps. Camps run as week long camp sessions with a maximum of 14 campers, 2 coaches, and no more than 2 kids sharing an apparatus at a time.

• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: Week-long AM and PM half-day camps Monday–Friday, with options from 9am–12pm and 12–3pm, and full-day “day off” camps from 9am–3pm

Founded in 2006, Aerial Dance Camps is part of Aerial Cirque Over Denver, which in 2024 became a Denver Legacy Business. The program’s mission is to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive community where individuals of all ages, sizes, and abilities can explore aerial dance in a safe and welcoming environment with instruction tailored to each student’s needs. All instructors are certified, and the studio is the only aerial studio in Denver that is Safety Recognized by the American Circus Educators (ACE) Safety Program, with students practicing over high rating crash mats under every apparatus. The studio has been recognized by 303 Magazine as one of the top unique fitness studios in Denver and by Macaroni Kid for youth aerial dance classes, camps, and circus-themed birthday parties.

Aerial Dance Camps schedules camps in line with the calendars for Denver Public Schools at both studio locations, and with Cherry Creek and Douglas County school districts at the Centennial location. According to parent testimonials, campers have described their days at camp as “the BEST DAY EVER” and “even better than I imagined,” and parents have noted welcoming instructors, calm and supportive environments, and visible progress in skills over the course of a week.
