DCPA Education offers child and teen classes, child classes for kindergarten through 5th grade, teen classes for students ages 130 and grades 612, acting classes from pre-K to adult students, in-school programs, and personal coaching. The classes include acting, improv, movement, and theatre study, and the child theatre classes are taught by experienced teaching staff.

About the provider
Since 2016, DCPA Theatre for Young Audiences has welcomed tens of thousands of Pre-K through third grade students to experience live theatre. Allison Watrous, Executive Director of Education & Community Engagement, said that arts education and live theatre allow children to connect their experiences to stories on stage designed to engage their imagination, critical thinking, and socio-emotional intelligence.
