Twist and Tumble

Twist and Tumble offers Teeny Tinies for caregivers and their little ones, Toddle Together with the whole gym open to explore, and Tumble Together for toddlers and their trusted adults. It also offers Tiny Tumblers, Tiny Twisters, Twisters I, Twisters II, Twisters III, Tumbling, Open Gym, Parties, and Kids Morning Out.

Programs

• Teeny Tinies — 4-12 months · This is the class for caregivers and their little ones. It is the only class in the gym at class time. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Toddle Together — crawling-2yr · The only class in the gym at class time, meaning you have the whole gym to explore. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Tumble Together — walking-3yr · Classes for toddlers and their trusted adults. Scheduled at the same time as older aged classes so siblings can attend at the same time. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Tiny Tumblers — 3-4yr · Your kiddo’s first independent class. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Tiny Twisters — 4-6yr · Mastering gymnastics basics and building confidence. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Twisters I — 6-12yr · Beginner gymnasts learning rolls, handstands, and cartwheels. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Twisters II — 6-12yr · Students have learned Twisters I skills and are ready to learn more fundamentals. By invitation. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Twisters III — 6-12yr · Gymnasts learn back handsprings, kips on bars, front handsprings on vault, and cartwheels to the beam. By invitation. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Tumbling — 7-12yr · Build strength, flexibility, and learn basic tumbling movements. Great for dancers, cheerleaders, and kids who love the trampoline park. No walk-ins or drop-ins.
• Open Gym — 0-6 & 7-12yr · All children must be accompanied by a caregiver on the floor during open gym.
• Parties — 90 minute fun-packed parties for up to 15 guests. Enjoy 60 minutes of time in the gym and 30 minutes for cake and presents.
• Kids Morning Out — 3-9 · Mondays & Fridays, 8:30 am-12:00 pm · $54 per day · June 1 - August 21. Tuition is due at sign-up and is non-refundable.

The mission is a supportive community where kids learn confidence and the habits of self-improvement through the joy and difficulty of gymnastics. Free events are offered throughout the year for registered and waitlisted families, and open gym is also used to connect caregivers of young children and build community.

No annual, registration, or credit card fees. Fair class pricing, prorated for holidays and closures. No annual commitments. No drop-ins or walk-ins for classes except Teeny Tinies, which is the only walk-in class. All office staff are also coaches. Best way to contact is by email, not by phone.
