Durango Baseball and Softball offers Durango Baseball Travel Teams, Dragons Travel Baseball for 11-14U players, and Durango Baseball League for 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U players. Upcoming sessions include the 14U Skills Clinic on 2026-08-08, 14U Durango Danger Tryouts on 2026-08-15, 12U Softball Tryouts on 2026-08-22, a Parent Meeting on 2026-08-28, a Coaching Clinic on 2026-08-30, and a Scorekeeping Clinic on 2026-09-13.

About the provider
Durango Baseball and Softball is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization. Its mission is to offer any young person the opportunity for character and skill development and to inspire a lifelong passion for softball and baseball. The leadership team includes President Danny Simpson, Vice President Eric Hjermstad, Treasurer Tim Smith, Secretary Marquette Oppenhein, Softball Director Brandon Cruz, Travel Baseball Director Jordan Dimick, Umpire Director Scott Carbaugh, Field/Equipment Director Bryn Yearout, Fundraising Director Lindsay Lubrant, and DBS Program Coordinator Maddie.

There is no cost to try out. We are not currently accepting registrations for this program. Extensive travel and extra family/financial commitment is required. All players will participate on their community league teams, there will be no conflict between the teams.
