Futures Football supports 16 Denver Metro Area high schools from six different school districts and is designed to build neighborhood pipelines from youth football to high school football with every team being led by high school coaches. Colorado high school coaches are invited to attend a free Tackle Football Training Clinic led by Broncos offensive, defensive, special teams, and strength and conditioning coaches, with event invitations and information distributed statewide to high school tackle football coaches. Colorado high school coaches are also invited to attend a free Flag Football Training Clinic led by local and national flag football experts, with invitations and information distributed statewide to high school flag football coaches.

The annual 7-on-7 Tournament is open to all high schools in Colorado and features nearly 100 schools from all seven state classifications, and the annual Linemen Challenge is open to all high schools in Colorado and features more than 50 teams from all seven state classifications competing in five on-field challenges. Media Day is an annual celebration to help kick off the high school football and fall sports seasons, with more than 16 football teams invited along with student athletes from other fall sports, and attendees receive media relations training, professional photos, and the opportunity to interact with local preps media. Game of the Week features four games during the fall highlighting 6-Man through 2A matchups, and participating teams receive a Denver Broncos pregame tailgate experience, professional game photos, and a $2,500 Denver Broncos Foundation equipment grant. The Coach of the Week receives a $2,500 equipment grant, two tickets to a Denver Broncos home game, and pregame recognition.

The Denver Broncos Foundation is proud to support girls high school flag football and the 50 schools that participated in the 2023 fall pilot season, and High School Jamboree of the Week consists of four featured jamborees during the fall that showcase 16 high school flag football programs in the 4A and 5A classifications. High School Jamboree of the Week participating teams receive a $1,250 equipment grant, professional game photos, and an on-site activation featuring Broncos Cheerleaders, Alumni, and Miles the Mascot.
