About

Sporting S7v7ns Academy offers soccer and flag football youth camps that combine on-field sessions and instruction with classroom sessions and a 7-aside tournament. Participants also take part in off-field activities such as white water rafting, river rafting, river tubing, hot springs visits, outdoor yoga, yoga recovery, and hiking. The program includes a Rising 7’s camp for younger players with an age-appropriate curriculum where each participant receives their own ball, and uses a 7-aside training model that is claimed to provide 36% more opportunities to make decisions, execute meaningful touches, and solve complex game scenarios while keeping the technique and context of an 11-aside match, with players training on age-appropriate goals and full-size frames for shooting and goalkeeping.

• Schedule: Camp options include Residential and Extended Day

Sporting S7v7ns Academy states that its mission is to provide top-level coaching and competitive experiences that develop skill, confidence, and leadership on and off the field, using a training model inspired by the 7-aside format and creating an environment where players train like professionals, play with joy, and grow into leaders who inspire others. The program is described as a destination summer camp that is designed for participants to experience more on and off the field, combining technical and tactical development with social and leadership mentoring, and offering detailed player evaluation as part of the soccer academy experience.

The academy reports a staff-player ratio of 1:10 at most, with players supervised 24 hours a day by coaching staff, camp counselors, camp directors, and athletic training staff, and a dedicated athletic trainer on site throughout the day. Sporting S7v7ns Academy staff is made up of professional coaches coaching at the youth, collegiate, semi-professional, and high school levels, and all coaches receive extensive background screening before they are named part of the Sporting S7v7ns family.
