The Denver Nuggets Basketball Academy offers Denver Nuggets Camps, Rocky's Summer Basketball Bash, June Summer Camp 1 and 2, Hustle & Hoops Mile High Camp, Junior Nuggets Leadership Lab, the 5280 Offensive Playmaker Camp, the Jr. Nuggets Summer Finale, Denver Nuggets Skills & Drills Clinics, the Denver Nuggets Girls Got Game Program, and Denver Nuggets Gameday Clinics. Girls Got Game events include an on-court session focused on learning and mastering the basics of basketball and an off-court session focused on comradery and socializing.

The Denver Nuggets Basketball Academy states that its mission is to grow the game of basketball across Colorado by providing fun, inclusive, and development-focused experiences for youth athletes of all skill levels and is committed to growing the game of basketball across Colorado. The program emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, confidence building, and creating a positive basketball experience for every athlete, with a goal to inspire the next generation through the game of basketball while creating experiences connected to the Denver Nuggets brand. Programs are led by experienced coaches, former players, and trained basketball professionals who are USA Basketball licensed and background-checked, and all coaches are certified through the Positive Coaching Alliance, including former high school and college basketball players with experience coaching at the recreational, AAU, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels. All coaches are USA Basketball licensed, background checked, and certified through the Positive Coaching Alliance.
Denver Nuggets Camps are co-ed, limited capacity three-day camps for youth ages 6–14 years old, and each camper receives a Denver Nuggets Basketball Academy jersey, a basketball, and one ticket to a Denver Nuggets home game. Denver Nuggets Skills & Drills Clinics are co-ed, limited capacity clinics for youth ages 6–14 years old, and every participant receives a unique Denver Nuggets shirt, a ticket credit to a Denver Nuggets home game, and professional instruction. The Girls Got Game program is for girls ages 6–14 years old, and each participant receives a ticket to a Denver Nuggets home game, a Girls Got Game shirt, and opportunities for other Nuggets branded prizes. Denver Nuggets Gameday Clinics are co-ed, limited capacity clinics for youth ages 6–14 years old hosted on the Denver Nuggets court before a game, and every participant receives a unique Denver Nuggets shirt, one ticket to the Denver Nuggets game that evening, a basketball, and professional instruction.
The academy offers a Rewards Program where the more camps and clinics a participant attends, the more prizes the participant receives, and each participant who purchases and attends Denver Nuggets clinics or camps between November 2025 and August 2026 will receive Nuggets-themed rewards. Camps and clinics are described as being designed for beginners as well as intermediate players to improve their fundamentals and basketball IQ. The Denver Nuggets Basketball Academy emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for players and families, with a focus on skill development, confidence building, teamwork, leadership, and creating a positive basketball experience for every athlete.
Participants are encouraged to arrive ready to participate in comfortable athletic attire and shoes that will not scuff the court for camps and Girls Got Game events, and in comfortable athletic attire and shoes for Skills & Drills Clinics. Water fountains and restroom facilities are available, and participants are advised to bring a water bottle. The Denver Nuggets Basketball Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
