U.S. Taekwondo Center offers Mini Masters for ages 3-6, with listening skills, respect, social skills, coordination, balance, and self defense. It also offers the Basic Program for ages 5-16, which includes confidence, discipline, a lifestyle of respect, physical fitness, and practical self-defense choices and techniques. Family Programs are available for ages 4+ and train children, parents, and grandparents in the same classroom.

About the provider
Founded in 1986, the center is led by the first U.S. Olympic Head Coach Grandmaster Sang Lee and his son, Master Jay Lee. Grandmaster Sang Lee was a 13-time Korean National Champion, was inducted into the Korean Sports Hall of Fame, coached the U.S. National Team from 1979 to 1988, and was the first U.S. Olympic Head Coach in the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. The center also hosts the Break-A-Thon, where students use their Taekwondo skills to raise funds for local nonprofits.
Age minimum 4 is stated in the waived registration fee form. The website also says the center has Monument and Stetson Hills locations.
