Youth Empowerment includes Youth Action Councils that are youth-led leadership programs across both counties served. Youth Action Councils meet weekly and provide a space for youth voice, where youth identify local challenges and create action plans. The program also includes Community Based and School Based mentoring programs, and training for trusted adults to better support youth when they are grappling with mental health challenges.
