DC Way Soccer offers a wide range of soccer-based activities, including Summer Camp, Art & Soccer Summer Camp, Soccer, Art & Explore Summer Camp, World Cup Summer Camp, Brazilian Way Summer Camp, Preschool Summer Camp, Capitol Hill Fall League, Weekly Skills Clinics, Kids Academy, and a Challenge Level Program. The program also runs Adult Skills Clinics, an After-School Program at Sherwood Rec, Spring Break Camp, One Day Camp, Art & Soccer Day Camp, Goalkeeping School, Private Lessons, and Soccer Birthday Parties. Its training uses a dynamic curriculum with engaging drills, fun games, and life lessons in a pressure-free environment that covers physical, mental, social-emotional, and communication development.

DC Way Soccer was founded in 2013 and notes more than a decade of experience, including a 10-year anniversary. The leadership team includes Founder & Program Director Denis Chekuristov, Executive Director Roman Kilishek, Marketing Manager Melis Bayraktaroglu, and Manager of Operations Russ Guliyev. Head Coach Denis Chekuristov holds a National Soccer Coaching License for ages 8–12 and a Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma, and he personally considers the age, ability, and number of players in each session. The Kids Academy offers both soccer sessions and multi-sport sessions, and the Challenge Level Program is designed for 3rd–6th graders and blends high-quality training with competitive league play. The Art & Soccer Summer Camp combines playing soccer and creating art inspired by a new theme each week, the Soccer, Art & Explore Summer Camp combines soccer, art, and exploring the world around the players, the World Cup Summer Camp features a different country theme each week related to the World Cup, the Brazilian Way Summer Camp offers authentic coaching from experienced Brazilian coaches, and the Preschool Summer Camp is designed for ages 3 to 5 with small groups and experienced coaches. The After-School Program at Sherwood Rec includes sports, art, and smart/board games, and programs run all year round on weekdays and weekends, including holiday programs.

DC Way Soccer states that its mission is to help develop the game of soccer in the DC area and bring opportunities for all children to play and enjoy soccer, to develop bright young athletes, and to help children be active and play at an affordable cost. The club describes itself as a Capitol Hill-based, award-winning recreational soccer club with a culture of excellence that prioritizes sportsmanship and putting players first. DC Way Soccer reports that staff members are involved in various community initiatives and volunteer to help combat chronic homelessness, and it expresses gratitude for the journey shared with its vibrant community and thanks families for being part of the DC Way family. The program has received several recognitions, including Best Sports Coach by Washington City Paper in 2016 and 2017 for Head Coach Denis, Best Soccer Camp in Washington, DC by the Washington City Paper Reader's Poll in 2017, and winning two categories in the Best of D.C. issue: “Best Sports Coach” and “Best Summer Camp.”
