Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington offers Power Hour homework tutoring for ages 6 to 12. It also offers music programs, STEM Club activities with hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math work, and health programs such as SMART Girls, Passport to Manhood, Triple Play, and ExtremeTeens.

• Health — 11-14 · Passport to Manhood promotes and teaches responsibility in Club boys ages 11 to 14 through 14 interactive sessions.
• Health — Triple Play is designed to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience, emphasizing good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being.
• Health — teens · ExtremeTeens is for teens and offers opportunities and experiences that help with academics, money, college, career, being healthy, and making smart choices.
• Arts — A wide array of music programs are at the heart of the BGCGW's mission to advance the character of young people through creativity and the arts.
• STEM — STEM Club provides members with access to hands-on high-yield activities in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math fields.
• Character — SMART Moves is a prevention/education program that addresses problems such as drug and alcohol use and premature sexual activity.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington serves over 7,000 youth ages 6 to 18 each year through regular Club membership and community outreach. Its mission is to help boys and girls of all backgrounds, especially those who need them most, build confidence, develop character, and acquire the skills needed to become productive, civic-minded, responsible adults.

BGCGW serves over 7,000 youth ages 6-18 annually through regular Club membership and widespread community outreach. We welcome every child for a nominal annual membership fee, but will not turn any child away for inability to pay.
