First State Gymnastics

First State Gymnastics offers Parent and Tot classes for 18-36 months with parent, with games and an introduction to size-appropriate gymnastics apparatus. It also offers Mini Bees preschool classes, Tumble Bees classes that explore vault, bars, beam, tumbling, and trampoline, and gymnastics classes from beginner through advanced levels, plus tumbling classes for gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers.

• Parent and Tot — 18-36 months with parent · $330 per session · 50 min. class for Girls and Boys; developmentally appropriate curriculum with games and an introduction to size-appropriate gymnastics apparatus.
• Mini Bees — 3-4 years old · $360 per session · 50 min. class for Girls and Boys; preschool class.
• Tumble Bees — 4.5 to 6 year olds · $360 per session · 1 hour class; explores vault, bars, beam, tumbling, and trampoline.
• Intermediate Tumble Bees — 4.5 to 6 year olds · $400 per session · 75 min class; must have evaluation to enroll.
• Gymnastics 1 — 7 - 12 years old · $360 per session · 60 min class; beginners gymnastics class with no pre-requisites.
• Gymnastics 2 — 7 - 12 years old · $360 per session · 60 min class; intermediate beginners class requiring an evaluation or staff member recommendation.
• Gymnastics 3 — 7-12 years old · $400 per session · 75 min class; intermediate gymnastics class requiring an evaluation or staff member recommendation.
• Gymnastics 4 — 7 - 12 years old · $400 per session · 75 min class; advanced intermediate gymnastics class requiring an evaluation or staff member recommendation.
• Gymnastics 5 — 8 - 15 years old · $475 per session · 90 min class; advanced gymnastics class that requires an evaluation or staff member recommendation.
• Teen Class — 11 year olds and up · $360 per session · 1 hour class for first time gymnasts and those with some experience.
• Tumbling class — 7 - 11 year old and 12 - 18 year old · $360 per session · 1 hour class designed to teach tumbling to gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers; all skill levels are welcome.
• Advanced Tumbling class — 7 - 11 year old and 12 - 18 year old · $360 per session · 1 hour class; must have back-handspring to register.

First State Gymnastics says its mission is to provide a safe, fun, and productive learning environment for every child who learns gymnastics from them. The Newark facility is 17,500 square feet and includes modern equipment and training aids, as well as convenient, comfortable viewing for parents and siblings.
