First State Gymnastics offers gymnastics, Ninja Warrior classes, a ninja course, camps, birthday parties, and a competitive team. Athletes in camps learn all four gymnastics events, and participants can also use foam pits and trampolines as part of the program’s activities.
• Ages: 18 months–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and party options are available on weekdays and weekends, with morning, afternoon, and evening hours.
The program’s mission is to provide a safe, fun, and productive learning environment for every child who learns gymnastics there, while helping to instill self-esteem and self-confidence and fostering dedication and commitment to goal setting. First State Gymnastics is described as Delaware's Top Gymnastics Program, the most successful gymnastics program in Delaware, and Delaware’s most comprehensive gymnastics training center.
One parent shared that their daughter’s birthday party at the gym was fun and successful, and that the gym staff went out of their way to support the party. Another parent described a ninja-themed 6th birthday party where the instructor and gym staff set up a variety of ninja stations, and the children had an amazing time.
