The program specializes in Brother and Baby Lock embroidery, sewing, quilting machines, and sergers, and offers Brother and Baby Lock machine sales with extras included so customers can start embroidering and sewing immediately. Most classes are free, and teachers are brought in from all over the world to teach classes, with exciting classes offered every month. The program also offers Make It and Take It classes, one-on-one training with machines purchased there, and serves country food described as “some of the finer country fixins’ you ever ate” during classes. Many customers have started successful businesses with machines purchased there. The stated goal is to keep sewing and embroidery machines trouble-free and running in top condition at all times.

When bringing in a Baby Lock or Brother sewing or embroidery machine for service, power cords and presser feet are not required, the needle does not need to be removed because it will be replaced during cleaning and service, and everything should be removed from the machine except the bobbin case. Customers are asked to call to make an appointment with technicians, and not all machines can be repaired the same day, so calling for availability and to make an appointment is required.
