IMG Academy Football Camps include group training, position-specific skill work, and game-like scenarios, along with small group training and position-based drills. Camp activities include personalized coaching sessions and training specializations such as Strength, Speed, Power & Agility, Speed & agility, Mental performance, Leadership & communication, Recovery+, and Athlete Assessment & Injury Prevention. Football-specific work covers footwork, proper mechanics, reading different types of coverage, correct Arc 'n Pace, play-calling, learning a playbook, alignment, route steps and depth, pass-catching skill, releases off the line of scrimmage, stance fundamentals, run-blocking, pass protection, combination blocks, pass rush skill, gap control, tackling, ball security, blocking, route-running, pre-snap reads, blitz pick-up, ball skills, blitzing, and both man-to-man and zone coverage techniques, as well as linear acceleration, maximum velocity, lateral movement, multidirectional agility, explosive resistance training, jumping and plyometrics, efficient power training, and motor pattern training.

Additional instruction at IMG Academy Football Camps includes self-talk, breathing, imagery, focus, emotional regulation, goal setting, team building, verbal and non-verbal communication, identity development, and developing relationships. Recovery and physical preparation topics include optimal recovery practices, mobility instruction, strength instruction, neuromuscular control, and movement pattern guidance, and on-campus sports physical therapists from Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital provide Athlete Assessment & Injury Prevention instruction. IMG Academy Football Camps are led by expert coaches with years of playing and coaching experience at the highest levels, and the leadership team includes Kyle Brey, Greg Studrawa, Chris Dennis, Don Zoloty, Jeff Pond, Donte Filletti, Koreen Burch, and Matt Lane. Camps are available throughout the year, with summer camps focusing on group training, position-specific skill work, and game-like scenarios, and fall, holiday, and spring training camps combining small group training with position-based drills to complement offseason training, and training specializations in the Total Athlete and Game Changer programs can be changed each week.
