First Discoveries Academy

First Discoveries Academy offers preschool, VPK, and PreK programs with music, stories, art, play-based learning activities, and daily opportunities to explore Outdoor Classrooms. It also offers private school kindergarten and primary, part-time and hybrid programs for kindergarten and elementary school children, Discovery Club enrichment classes for homeschool, summer camp, and a free summer VPK program for children entering kindergarten. Summer camp includes science, nature, and art.

• Summer Camp — children ages 3 to 10 · 7:30-4:30 or 8:00 to 5:00 · Programs feature science, nature, art and so much more.
• Free Summer VPK Program — children entering kindergarten · Summer VPK program.

• Facility hours: Traditional School Day 9:00 to 12:30 (Monday); 9:00 to 2:30 (Tuesday-Friday); Extended Day / Summer Camp 7:30 - 4:30 or 8:00 to 5:00 (Close at 3:30 on Mondays.)

About the provider

First Discoveries Academy was established in 2008 and has been at this location since 2015. It is nationally accredited by NAEYC. The program’s mission is to support and nurture children’s development through high quality early learning programs that focus on creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. It also works with families and the local community through field trips and special events.
