Gymnastics Plus offers activities that include Tumble Bear Pre-school Gymnastics, School Age Gymnastics, a Recreational Girls & Boys Program, Ninja, tumbling classes, trampoline, Tumbling/Trampoline, and a Competitive Girls Team. The program also offers Preschool classes, Preschool Jam, obstacle courses, songs, gym time with free play, and a bounce house. Additional options include Child Care Programs, birthday parties, fun nights (parent's night out), and day camps.
• Ages: 0–17 years old
• Schedule: Preschool Jam is offered on Monday and Friday mornings from 9:30am–11:00am, and day camps are offered during Christmas Break, Spring Break, and the summer months from 7:00am–6:00pm
• Price: $8 per child (Preschool Jam, Mondays 9:30am–11:00am)
Preschool Jam does not provide gymnastics instruction and requires parent involvement. Gymnastics Plus states the philosophy, “Where Fitness is Fun & Every Child Is A Star,” and the mission, “We pledge to uphold our philosophy which is to teach gymnastics and tumbling in a fun, safe environment and raise your child's self esteem.”
