Kidokinetics offers SportsPlay for kids ages 1–10. The weekly format includes a warm-up, a new sport or skill, open play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. Other offerings include Hoops, Scoops & Shots, Run the Bases, Nothing But Nets, NinjaPlay, Flag Fun, NoodlePlay, and Target Time.
Programs
- SportsPlay — kids ages 1–10 · A dynamic and engaging introduction to movement and sport; each week includes a warm-up, a new sport or skill, open play, cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson.
- Hoops, Scoops & Shots — kids · Blends basketball, lacrosse, jai alai, and hockey into one action-packed experience.
- Run the Bases — kids · Includes kickball, T-ball, and cricket.
- Nothing But Nets — kids · A combination of volleyball, tennis, badminton, and pickleball in a fun, noncompetitive environment.
- NinjaPlay — kids · A fast-paced fitness adventure with warm-up, skill-based challenges, free play, cool down, and anatomy and physiology lessons.
- Flag Fun — kids of all ages · Combines flag football, capture the flag, parachute play, flag tag, and steal the tails.
- NoodlePlay — kids · Uses noodles for high-energy games and imaginative challenges.
- Target Time — kids · Combines bowling, golf, and disc golf into a skill-building experience.

About the provider
Kidokinetics has been running since 1996. Terri Braun is the founder, and the about page describes her as an athlete, educator, leader, and mother of three. The program’s mission is to get kids moving and make fitness fun. It partners with local schools, centers, and organizations, and programs come directly to preschool, elementary school, park, or community center. It brings a trained coach, all the equipment, and plenty of fun.
