The Human Resources Department is trained in the hiring process and provides yearly ongoing professional training on safety, security, first aid, behavior management, pediatric CPR, and child abuse. The organization also offers company scholarships for staff to continue professional education and receive Child Care Director credentials. All employees go through a yearly screening.
