NOVA Gymnastics offers recreational classes, competitive teams, a summer camp, birthday parties, and an aftercare program. The program includes girls and boys USAG programs from Levels 1–5 through Optional Levels 6–10, as well as a USAG Xcel Program from Bronze to Sapphire. Athletes can train in men’s artistic gymnastics events, including floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar, along with preschool beginner classes, girls and boys beginner through advanced classes, and teen and adult programs.
