YMCA of Southwest Florida Youth Programs and Camps includes activities such as youth sports, recreational sports leagues, gymnastics, swim lessons, early learning, after school child care, and day camp and summer camp options. The program also connects families to Teen leadership opportunities such as Youth in Government, Teen programs, and adaptive programs, along with youth enrichment and YMCA children’s academy offerings. Families with membership have access to Kids Zone programs while adults take part in group exercise classes like BODYPUMP, Zumba, TRX, Pilates, Yoga, and water exercise classes, as well as personal training and adult fitness programs.

YMCA membership includes unlimited access to all 10 YMCA locations, two hours of childcare free each day while adults work out, and access to amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, a family pool and splash pad, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor tracks, Kids Zone, playground, racquetball and handball courts, pickleball courts, tennis courts, hot tub, sauna, steam room, strength and cardio equipment, meeting rooms, and a community garden.
