Boys & Girls Clubs of Indian River County After-School and Summer Programs offers soccer, All-Star Flag Football, basketball, Golf (S.N.A.G Program), tennis, and Triple Play. Soccer is for ages 6-15, All-Star Flag Football is a co-ed league for 3rd to 8th grade, basketball is for 2nd to 8th graders, Golf (S.N.A.G Program) is for 4th and 5th graders, tennis is for 4th and 5th grade, and Triple Play is for ages 6-18.

Programs

• Soccer — 6-15 · fall; practices held at the club
• All-Star Flag Football — 3rd to 8th grade · fall; 8 weeks; games and practice held during Club hours at the member’s respective Club; games held at the Vero Club · Co-ed league.
• Basketball — 2nd to 8th graders · spring; practices held at the member’s club location · BGC All-Star Basketball League is co-ed. Jerseys will be provided.
• Golf (S.N.A.G Program) — 4th and 5th graders · late spring/summer; 4 weeks; two days a week · Program teaches the basics of golf and is a partnership with S.N.A.G. Golf.
• Tennis — 4th & 5th grade · fall; 6 weeks; ends with a Tournament · Program is a partnership with Mardy Fish Children's Foundation. Each club has limited spots; check with the Athletic Director for availability.
• Triple Play — 6-18

About the provider

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Indian River County’s mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need them most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. The organization serves nearly 1,000 children each year through after-school and summer programming and has three clubhouses, one each in Vero Beach, Sebastian, and Fellsmere. BGCIRC is rated Four-Star by Charity Navigator and has a 2025 Platinum Transparency by Candid.

Membership is open to all children in the community between the ages of 6 and 18. Scholarships are available for those who demonstrate financial hardship. For the after-school program, families pay a one-time application fee of $30 as well as a monthly fee. Fees are published in the parent portal, and 100% and 50% scholarships are available.
