Pine Manor Improvement Association After-School Program

The Pine Manor Improvement Association After-School Program is part of a private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization that offers coordinated services, events, and programs that address nutritional needs, job training, family connection, and safety. The program operates within an organization that also uses a licensed, shared-use commercial kitchen that can be rented and reserved for one-time or ongoing use and can serve as a licensed commissary for the operation of a food truck.

The Pine Manor Improvement Association has been active in the community since 1984 and has operated as a 501(c)3 organization since 2007. The organization provides services to approximately 3,000 children, families, and other community residents who are at risk in the Pine Manor area of Fort Myers and in Southwest Florida. Pine Manor is a Fort Myers neighborhood designated by the Lee Board of County Commissioners as in need of direct social service assistance. Pine Manor offers no-cost social services and other assistance, and volunteers are described as a valuable resource to support the residents of Pine Manor. The Neighborhood Resource Specialist for the program is Shari Clark.
