Everybody's Not Doing It (E.N.D. It!) is a 501-c3 youth organization founded in 2010. The organization currently serves middle and high school students in St. Lucie County through events, an after school program, winter and summer camps, music conferences and concerts, and a Teen Arts camp for middle and high school students. C.H.I.L.L. (“CHOOSING HOW I LIVE LIFE”) meets biweekly in a gender-specific environment where youth have open discussions with life coaches and peers. The organization states that it is passionate about the prevention of at-risk behaviors in pre-teen and teen youth and that it provides positive peer pressures for youth.

The mission of Everybody's Not Doing It (E.N.D. It!) is to provide education, inspiration, and positive alternatives using the arts for pre-teen and teen students, including acting, dancing, music production, and visual/digital arts. The mission statement also says that the program promotes messages of self-worth, purity, drug and alcohol resistance, leadership, scholarship, and community service, and envisions young people speaking out against negative peer pressure, promoting positive messages, and using the arts to influence and inspire change in their environment.

The leadership and staff team includes founders Strather DuPree and Sonia DuPree, with Sonia DuPree also serving as Executive Director. Board leadership includes Adrienne Huggins (Board Chair), Lorina Beniamino (Secretary), Angela Hayle (Treasurer), and board members Shaniek Maynard, Strather Skip DuPree, Terry Hardmon, Dr. Leinitia Robinson, and Pastor Teddy Sanders. Youth-focused staff include Sydney DuPree (Youth Services Coordinator), Sinclaire DuPree (Youth Specialist), Kayla Turner (Youth Specialist), and Jennifer Perez (Youth Specialist). Arts instruction is provided by Andre Barnes (Visual Arts Instructor) and Olivia Lewin (Dance Instructor). One parent testimonial describes the organization as “very professional and organized” and notes appreciation for “the way they deal w/ our youth,” attributed to Ceneta Woodard.
