The program includes a Discipleship Leadership Program for those 15 years and older that combines service roles with daily discipleship, and a Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) program for 13 and 14 year-olds who believe on Jesus as their Saviour. Since 1969, Camp Good News has been sharing the love of Jesus with children, and the summer of 2018 marked the 50th summer of continuous ministry at its current location, where the first structure, an open-air chapel with bathrooms, was built in June 1969. The camp highlights signature bright colors added across the grounds since 2021 and mentions Magnolia Cottage as a cozy retreat for visiting families.
