YMCA of South Florida Youth Programs include day camp, summer camp, specialty camp, afterschool programs, preschool, youth sports, swim lessons, and water safety and drowning prevention classes. The program also offers group classes such as SilverSneakers, aqua classes, Les Mills, Zumba, and spinning, along with personal training, private Yoga sessions, and private Reformer Pilates sessions. Families can also take part in community events offered through the YMCA of South Florida Family Centers.

For 100 years, the YMCA of South Florida has been dedicated to building healthy, confident and secure children, families and communities. Its mission is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The YMCA of South Florida offers more than 200 programs serving everyone from six months old to 100 years young, with over 50 group class formats and seven Family Centers plus an Aquatic Center in Broward. Nationally certified instructors provide private Yoga and Reformer Pilates sessions, and the organization is a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity registered in the United States.

The YMCA of South Florida reports providing $1 million in financial aid and 50,000 water safety and drowning prevention classes annually as part of its impact. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the One-Day Pass, and ID is required. Through the YMCA of South Florida, volunteers, donors, leaders and partners are involved in programs that serve people across different ages, incomes and backgrounds.
