YMCA of South Florida Youth Programs include afterschool programs, day camp, summer camp, specialty camp, preschool, youth sports leagues, adaptive recreation programs, and swim lessons. The programs also connect families to community events, group classes such as SilverSneakers, aqua classes, Les Mills, Zumba, and spinning, as well as personal training, private yoga sessions, and private Reformer Pilates sessions. Water safety and drowning prevention classes are part of the aquatics offerings.

YMCA of South Florida Youth Programs take place within YMCA of South Florida Family Centers and programs that offer a diverse array of classes, fitness facilities, aquatics, community events, camps, afterschool care, and health and wellness programming. Nationally certified instructors provide private yoga and Reformer Pilates sessions. For more than a century, the YMCA has been part of the South Florida community, with more than 200 programs serving everyone from six months old to 100 years. The YMCA of South Florida is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity, and its mission is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The organization has provided financial assistance to military members and veterans, given swim lessons to the community, and distributed food through La Bodega, with volunteers, donors, leaders, and partners involved in its work. Swim For Jenny Week offers 5 free swim lessons, and adaptive recreation programs are available for special needs participants. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the One-Day Pass, and ID is required.
