YMCA of South Florida Youth Programs include afterschool programs, day camp, summer camp, specialty camp, preschool, youth sports leagues, adaptive recreation programs, and swim lessons, along with water safety and drowning prevention classes. The program also offers group classes such as SilverSneakers, aqua classes, Les Mills, Zumba, spinning, and more than 50 class formats, as well as personal training, private yoga sessions, and private Reformer Pilates sessions. Community events are part of the offerings, and under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, with ID required.

YMCA of South Florida Youth Programs are part of more than 200 programs that serve everyone from six months old to 100 years. The facilities are described as cutting-edge fitness facilities with life-saving aquatics, exciting community events, unforgettable camps, supportive afterschool care, holistic health and wellness programming, and well-maintained facilities with fully-trained staff. Nationally certified instructors lead many of the activities, and there are 7 Family Centers plus an Aquatic Center in Broward, along with a One Day Pass option with all access.
