Camps & Classes Summer Camp Conservatory takes place at the Seminole Theatre and is associated with the theatre’s regular ticketing and attendance policies. The Seminole Theatre originally opened on November 26, 1921 as a cinema, primarily showing silent movies. It is located in historic downtown Homestead and is managed by OVG Facilities in partnership with the City of Homestead. It is the policy of the Seminole Theatre to comply with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the facility is accessible with assistive listening devices available in the main auditorium. Parking in the surrounding historic downtown area includes street parking and several free parking lots within walking distance, and the front entrance of the Seminole Theatre is available as a drop-off and pick-up zone for all performances.
