YMCA of the Treasure Coast Youth Programs include sports, pool time, basic swim lessons, and options for a competitive swimmer who wants to improve their stroke. The program also offers team sports and recreation, as well as access to a Group Exercise Class.
• Schedule: Fitness Center hours run Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, with pool lap swim hours on weekdays from 7:00am to 1:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00am to 1:00pm.
The YMCA of the Treasure Coast was incorporated on December 31, 1977, as the YMCA of Martin County and merged with the YMCA of St. Lucie County in July 2000 to become the YMCA of the Treasure Coast.
