JAX Cooking Studio offers hands-on cooking experiences where participants cook in teams of 2–3 people and then eat the food they prepare. Classes include activities such as pasta making, plant based cooking classes, and options that range from global cuisines to decadent baking. The program also hosts cooking birthday parties, cooking competitions, and team-building and private events that include chef-led instruction and a full meal.

Gift certificates are available, are non-refundable, and never expire. Typical public class size is 16–20 guests, and private events can accommodate up to 40 adults. Rates for private events include ingredients, chef-led instruction, a hands-on cooking experience, a full meal, complimentary wine, and copies of the recipes to take home, with menu options available or custom menu development for groups. The studio can accommodate special dietary restrictions and offers plant-based vegan classes each month, and a waitlist is available if a class is full.
