KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that includes weekly 45-minute classes. In each class, kids take part in fun activities that promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility, along with puzzles, games, mental challenges, and science-based fitness games. The program also offers KidStrong Camp and runs classes in clean, modern centers.

KidStrong was founded in 2015 by Matt and Megin Sharp in Lexington, Kentucky, and they partnered with Lincoln Brown to turn the idea into a scalable business. The program is guided by experts, child development scientists, and coaches, including leadership team members such as Preschool & Kindergarten Director Patti Eubanks, Doctor of Physical Therapy Patrick Ford, and Dr. Julie Foucher, MD, Family Physician and 4x CrossFit Games Competitor. All coaches are certified and professional, and coaches are specially trained, compassionate leaders. KidStrong’s programming is specially designed by child development experts and is based on the Whole Child Philosophy, with three pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, and Strong Mind. Classes are developmentally appropriate, fun, and challenging, and parents have front row seats in classes in this parent-focused program. KidStrong has more than 160 locations serving more than 65,000 kids per week, and select centers run KidStrong Academy and offer KidStrong Camps.
KidStrong was founded in 2015 and celebrated its 100th center opening with franchisee Barb Volk in Plantation, Florida. The organization follows a proven business model that has generated success for franchisees in markets across the US and Canada.
