About

KidStrong Camp includes games that build confidence and strength, learning through physical activity, STEAM activities, and high-energy movement challenges. The program takes place at a KidStrong center and uses science-based programming with a curriculum based on developmental science. Each camp day blends movement, learning, confidence-building, and friendship into a high-energy day, with high-energy KidStrong camps that build confidence, strength, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.

• Ages: 4–11 years old

KidStrong Camp is part of KidStrong, a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident and high-character kids. Camps are for ages 4–11, and all kids must be potty trained. Each KidStrong Camp is led by certified KidStrong coaches who are certified, experienced coaches with a passion for child development, education, and helping kids build valuable life skills. The program leverages experts in occupational therapy, child development, and physical education, and no KidStrong membership is required to attend camp. Options can include single-day options when available, week-long sessions, seasonal and holiday camps, center-specific schedules, flexible camp dates, and local center support.

KidStrong was founded in 2015 by Matt Sharp and Megin Sharp, with Lincoln Brown as a partner who helped turn the idea into a scalable business, and franchisee Barb Volk opened the 100th center in Plantation, Florida. Doors open 10 minutes before camp begins, all participants must complete a waiver before attending, all kids are required to be signed in at the front desk on the camp sign-in sheets and roster, and children cannot leave the building unless they are with a parent or approved guardian. Families are asked to send a water bottle, snack, packed lunch, and comfortable clothing; if camp extends to 4pm, kids should bring two snacks, and a change of clothes is suggested in case of accidents.

Parents have shared that, “It’s incredible. Our daughter goes once a week, and we’ve seen her confidence skyrocket. We are truly grateful for KidStrong!” (Summer, Mom, ROCKLIN, CA). Another parent said, “When my son first started attending KidStrong, he was super shy and anxious. It's so funny how much he's changed and how confident he has become. I recommend and downright BRAG about this program to my friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about it.” (Jessica, Mom, NOBLESVILLE, INDIANA). A third parent shared, “My child has speech delay and communication was difficult. When we first joined KidStrong, my child was behind but the environment motivated him. Now he’s putting effort into learning not just words but cooking, cleaning, you name it..” (Ella, Mom, SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS).
