TNT Gymnastics & Fitness

TNT Gymnastics & Fitness offers Preschool Gymnastics for children walking to 5 years old, Girls Recreational and Boys Recreational gymnastics for ages 5 to 17, Tumbling, Homeschool Gymnastics, Adult Fitnastics, Ninja, Adaptive Gymnastics, and Mobile Movements. Classes are offered Monday through Sunday with multiple times available. New families can schedule a $10 trial class, and parents can enroll through the Parent Portal.

• Tumbling — Beginner to advanced focusing on strength, technique, drills, & flexibility.
• Homeschool Gymnastics — Focuses on mobility, physical education, body awareness, and building self-esteem.
• Adult Fitnastics — Adult program to learn a cartwheel or get skills back.
• Ninja — Focuses on the basics of movement through space; roll, run, flip and swing through the gym.
• Adaptive Gymnastics — Designed for children with sensory needs or on the autism spectrum.
• Mobile Movements — Gymnastics on-site where children can exercise the body and brain in a positively fun atmosphere.

About the provider

TNT Gymnastics & Fitness says it has been building strength and smiles since 2005, and its About Us page says, "Taking a leap of faith in 2006, TNT was birthed." The mission statement says the program aims to help each child reach his or her full potential in gymnastics and in life, and to help children achieve their individual dreams, build self esteem, and learn that Fitness Can Be Fun!

New families can schedule a $10 trial class. The trial class can be used to evaluate a child's skill level, mobility, flexibility, and listening skills. After the trial, the instructor advises which class level is best. Parents can enroll through the Parent Portal. The site says the school year session has begun.
