Ice Factory Skating School & Youth Hockey Programs offers public skating, skating school, figure skating programs, youth hockey, adult hockey programs, and a hockey league. The program also hosts birthday parties with a dedicated Party Hero, as well as group events, private rentals, field trips, corporate events, youth groups, and team-building. Additional activities include curling and public curling events, and rentals and skate aids are available during public ice skating.

The Ice Factory is family operated and has been in operation since 1998. Skating and hockey instruction is taught by USFS-Certified Instructors and USA Hockey Certified Coaches. The rink is described as an Olympic class ice skating center and is noted as the home of Orlando’s 5 Star Birthday Party Experience, with daily public skating sessions, expert-led lessons for all ages and skill levels, easy, all-in-one birthday party packages, leagues and clinics for youth and adult hockey, custom packages for group events and private rentals, and food and beverage add-ons for group events.
One parent, Joanne, described celebrating a daughter’s birthday at Ice Factory and said Destiny was the “ultimate party hero” who handled everything once they arrived. Another parent, Bianca, shared that a 9th birthday party there “knocked it out of the park.” A parent named Aowei said their family has been going for almost two years, that the kids love skating there, and that the kids learned to skate and made friends. A skater named Bekah said the classes and instructors/coaches are “the absolute best,” and that they started skating at 23 years old and signed up for classes.
