Sarah Costello Irish Dance Academy USA offers Irish dance classes taught by fully qualified ADCRG and TCRGs with over 20 years of experience. The program offers a free trial class for any student wishing to try a kids class. Students are asked to bring a water bottle, suitable exercise clothing, and sneakers or appropriate footwear.

Central Florida Irish Dance was founded in 2013 by Sarah Costello, a professional Irish dancer and musician, and after she qualified as an ADCRG in 2022 the school name was changed to Sarah Costello Irish Dance Academy USA. The academy is led by founder and director Mrs Sarah Costello Hyland TCRG / ADCRG, with MISS CAROLINE CLOSS as TCRG and MRS KALEIGH KILLEBREW as assistant teacher. Sarah Costello has performed in venues throughout the continents of Europe, Asia, America, and Australia and has taken the role of lead dancer and dance captain with prestigious Irish dance troupes.
The program states that it prides itself on taking a complete beginner to Open Champion in just a few years. It is open to boys and girls of all levels in Irish dance, ages 3–18. The school is described as a top-rated Irish dance school in Orlando with over 130 students, National Champions as young as 5 years old, Top Ten World Champion placers, and over 150 5-star Google reviews.
